As a textile designer, you can work with an established garments manufacturer, designer online retailer or with an export house dealing with marketing or merchandising of garments. The other big option would be of self-employment or opening your own outlet. Degree courses in textile design are available at various institutions. With the rise of online merchandising, the is demand for computer professionals as well.
